These are pre-release terms. No public Windows license, purchase, or subscription is offered by this page.

Current boundary

If an official Windows build is made available, version-specific terms will be presented before download or installation. Those terms will define permitted use, product and update boundaries, responsibility for opened destinations, third-party destinations, support scope, termination, warranty and liability terms, and governing law.

Descriptions are not a license

Product demonstrations and descriptions explain the intended experience—“Move. Type. You’re there.”—but do not grant a license or guarantee availability.
